You want to transform stage anxiety into confident performing?
Sportsmen and women have a trainer, a physical therapist, a mental coach, a dietist, a manager....
How about you?
Are you, as a podium artist, not performing in a similar way?
You train, train, train...and then you have one shot to get it right. Well yes, I understand. That is something!
You may have some support. A teacher? A manager? Your mom or dad? Your partner, your best friend?
But, what if you had someone who understands what it is to perform under pressure, and also knows how to prepare for the stage? Someone who can train you so that you will feel much more confident on stage.

10 Do's and Don'ts of Relaxed Performing
A Podium Coach...yes, that's it!
Until my 27th I have studied classical music. I first obtained a master of music at the Conservatory of Ghent. And then went for 4 years to the US, where I obtained a Master, and the Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance degrees.
Since my 18th, I have been teaching people between 5 and 80 years old. Both children and adults in the Conservatory at Sea (Ostend), and students in higher education (Arizona State University, Summer Courses for college students,...).
As a performing musician I gradually came into contact with healthy ways to deal with stress and stage anxiety, such as the Innergame of Music, Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, Breathing Techniques, Visualization, Mindfulness.
It surprises me that this is still not taught in school.
I decided to fill that gap.
So, I kept training myself, in order to help others.
Since 2015, I have a practice where I help adults and children to cope with all kinds of stress related problems.
Now, I connect my 2 passions in my work: Playing Music and Eliminating Fear, which prevents us to enjoy life (and playing).
Performing artists should never be inhibited by fear.
I wish you all to feel free in sharing your art with the world, in a relaxed and fulfilling way.

What now?
All you have to do is being committed!
Ask yourself: Do I really desire to perform and enjoy doing that?
You don't want a quick fix (like bètablockers or alcohol), but you want sustainable help?
If Yes, then I am ready to accompany you, every step of the road.
For personal coaching I can come to you, or we meet online.
